Was late due to parts not being correct or available at parts location. Not his fault. He had to wait over 90 minutes just to get one of the parts needed ...

SERVICE

75,000 Miles Maintenance Service

AMOUNT PAID

$232.29
by Clay from Danville, CA 94526

Stefan sent me a text to let me know he'd be late due to the previous job taking longer. After he arrived he apologized and let me know the estimated time it would take to complete the job and got straight to work. After awhile I went out to ask a question about my tires and Stefan gave me his opinion and let me know what he was seeing with the car. He pointed out minor issues and gave me his advice on how to handle them. He gave me a call after all work was completed and gave me a summary of work performed and what I should expect from the car. Stefan is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and did not rush my questions or the job. I will happily use Stefan again.

Stefan let me know he was going to be a few minutes behind which was ok with me. He explained to me what was completed and recommendations for the future. I highly recommend asking for Stefan. I will use him in the next few weeks to work on my wife's brakes. I liked the fact a received a receipt with photos of the old and new product.

Shaun once again let me know he was a little ahead of schedule and would be by early. Shaun is very courteous and wants to make sure all my questions are answered before he leaves. He explains issues and preventive maintaince in a way that anybody could understand. No crazy auto jargon that goes over my head.

Water Pump

by M. from Danville, CA 94526

I am very picky about my truck and Bret is the type of mechanic I would have work on my vehicles. I have worked on my vehicles most of my life and now prefer to have someone else do it. At this point Bret is the only mechanic I have tried that I have confidence in.
