Stefan sent me a text to let me know he'd be late due to the previous job taking longer. After he arrived he apologized and let me know the estimated time it would take to complete the job and got straight to work. After awhile I went out to ask a question about my tires and Stefan gave me his opinion and let me know what he was seeing with the car. He pointed out minor issues and gave me his advice on how to handle them. He gave me a call after all work was completed and gave me a summary of work performed and what I should expect from the car. Stefan is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and did not rush my questions or the job. I will happily use Stefan again.

Stefan let me know he was going to be a few minutes behind which was ok with me. He explained to me what was completed and recommendations for the future. I highly recommend asking for Stefan.
