Ruben was was very knowledge and loves working on BMW vehicles. He assisted with any questions that I had regarding my vehicle and/or parts. He walked me through and showed me step by step when replacing my door handle and assured me that the repair would be properly done. I was very satisfied with his work and already scheduled him for a future repair!
