As an out of town buyer, I wanted to make sure to have someone evaluate the 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD I was considering purchasing before making the drive. Ruben was extremely thorough, offered much insight, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Also due to Ruben’s suggestion to the dealer, they thoroughly detailed the vehicle before I arrived (what I thought could be stains by photo before were removed making interior look new). Coincidentally, the dealer even serviced the vehicle before I arrived at my surprise (good chance this is because of Ruben as well). I needed to have both of my front CV axles replaced on my Toyota 4-Runner. Great guy! Dope, chilled spirit. Very professional - he told me what to expect before he started then I gave him my key! In about an hr, got my car back up and running! I highly recommend him!
