i purchased a Car MD a while ago and my jeep dashboard light came on for Check engine light.. i have a crazy schedule and really no time to take time off of work to get this checked. While i was viewing "My Garage" on Car Md the "Your Mechanic" site popped up and i put in the codes and the site explained what they were . Then the site asked if i wanted to book an appointment and they would come to me. Humm I was Curious so i booked my Appointment on line and the price was good and within my budget . I received an email confirmation and a text message telling me who was coming and his profile & picture.. OMG this is a GREAT concept and IDEA. i got a text notifying me that my mechanic Clifton was on his way. And Clifton was actually early for the appointment. Clifton introduced himself and he was professional very polite and informative on things that i really need to get done on my jeep.. While he was here i asked about some other stuff and Clifton told me he would send me some quotes via email on his recommendations. Yes i did receive the quotes and YES i will be booking additional appointments with this service. The best part of this service is that i didn't have to take time off of work and go and sit at the dealer or mechanic shop, this took the worry out of everything and NO pressure to sell me something. Once he completed the service he thanked me for using this service and told me i will have a detailed report via email. And Yes i got the Report too!!! HOW COOL IS THAT!!!
