Melvin is a very professional and knowledgeable mechanic. I booked a same day appointment with him, and he was prompt and ready to work on my last minute request. He talked me through every inspection and work item he did so I could understand better. After he diagnosed my window problem, he went above and beyond to help me temporarily close it until I could book the repair job.
