I've been an automotive technician since 2010. During that time I've worked in independent shops and have operated my own repair business. I'm ASE Certified and am ready to service my customers' automotive needs, whatever the issue might be.
After having to reschedule twice, Chris did the initial inspection on a warranty claim and we scheduled the repair, At this point had no issues, other than a few rescheduled appointments. Unfortunately he was a no call/no show for the actual repair, causing another delay. It's now been 3 weeks since the initial appointment, which makes the "convenience" aspect a bit wonky. A new mechanic was called into finish the job.
Chris came out and did a thorough pre-purchase inspection of a truck that I was buying. He was there right in time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I'd be happy to use his services again!
Christopher arrived on time and had the parts required to perform the required work. There was one little delay removing the pulley from the original power steering pump but quickly resolved. Overall the experience and the repairs were satisfactory. Very happy with the work performed and the time it took to perform the work.
I had a 7:25 pm appointment but Christopher came at 6:25pm, I was greatful for that. He was professional and friendly. I definitely recomend his service.
I am not one to judge anyone. Naturally, as anyone would be with any mechanic, I was quite skeptical. However, what made me follow through with this whole YourMechanic set-up was the start to finish process. I based it on how accessible it was to book the appt online the night before, the breakdown of costs, how easy it was to add services you needed done. At that point, I pretty much held my breathe from the moment Chris arrived until the end and I made it known. Because, until yesterday, I had no idea this service existed. I was amazed and skeptical of this entire process. But, based on the easy process, and how informed and on point with the information, on top of the reviews about Christopher's services, I proceeded with the appt. I am 100% sold on this service and completely sold on Christopher. I'm not sure about the other mechanics within this network but I definitely got lucky being assigned to him. Everyone I have spoken to about this service was very curious since no one has heard of it. They were pretty impressed once I told them the outcome and showed proof. I will definitely use this service and highly recommend Christopher as a top choice. He was very thorough in explaining the service with his skills and experience to assuage me from the get go. So, thank you for providing this amazing convenient innovative car process.
Chris and the gentlemen with him were professional and courteous and even arrived early. Their work was solid and the process was easy and efficient.
Very professional even explained how some of the liquids change in case of lack of proper maintenance in the vehicle. Great guy all around.
Other than the fact i couldn't use my coupon. Chris and his friend were really nice and professional. The job was done quick, while I was working. And I am happy with my result so far. Your.mechanic is definitely the place to go.
Although he showed up about an hour late, Christopher was very professional and knowledgeable. My repairs were done in an efficient, timely manner and worked perfectly afterwards. Would have given 5 stars if he was more punctual.
I STRONGLY suggest not using this mechanic. I booked an appt for a lower control arm assembly and tie rod ends. He seemed cool at first but as it turns out Christopher never even touched the lower control arm. It's still the same rusty loose control arm. The dealership says it doesn't even look like it had been taken off and accidentally put back on, he just charged me for not doing the work. Now I have to wait for the company to do an investigation to get my money back to actually fix the problem. Unless you want headaches and problems I suggest using a different mechanic.
Nice guy. Professional, and he explained what was done, and gave good advice on what can be done if further issues occur.

Chris was to repair a botched job from the previous Your Mechanic, Melvin. At first he appeared as if he was going to correct the issue which was caused by previous tech, Melvin. He did not have the correct part, and said he would return , next day to correct the issue...crickets. I called, spoke to his partner, who tried to sell more of there own mobile services. Chris never called back, and the job was not complete. I paid Your Mechanic good money, for a new radiator, now I have a leak, still and the transmission coolant lines were not installed correctly causing them to leak. Still leaking. Hoping Your Mechanic will make things right...stand by for more.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, hire Christopher Wiseman to work on your or anyone else's autmobile. Contrary to what his YourMechanic profile states, YourMechanic has no way or can confirm he is ASE certified. He is a lying, unethical, fraudulent, and deliberately conniving thief. He will not return phone calls and will dodge any attempts to uphold his anything left of any integrity he might once have had. He claimed he did work never performed, lacked the knowledge to do the job required, and had to get someone with an apparently lot more knowledge to solve my vehicle's issue. Again, PLEASE, to protect yourself and your vehicle, DO NOT HIRE this person to work on your vehicle(s).
