Melvin is a great mechanic and true professional. He communicated well before the appointment to get more information on the issue and called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time, and was courteous and knowledgable. During the entire process, Melvin explained what he was doing and I did not get the feeling that he was ever trying to up sell any maintenance and was looking out for my best interest as a client. I highly recommend Melvin to anyone. I wish all mechanics were like this.
