Ruben was very professional and was patient answering all of my questions as I do not know much about auto repairs. He was running late because he was finishing up another repair job, and called me to let me know, which was much appreciated. He completed the repair in a timely fashion and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before he left. This was a fairly significant repair and I had my doubts, but by utilizing Ruben's services I was able to save a few hundred dollars. Therefore, he comes very highly recommended and makes me feel that the large repair shops & dealerships are major ripoffs simply bc of their overhead expenses.

Leo came out and was an absolute gem! He called to let me know he was on the way. I work from home and he was nice enough to send me a message instead of knocking on my door (upsetting my dog). He also made sure to keep me updated with every step, and explained how everything worked! I kinda did the weird and slightly rude hover-y thing (sorry) towards the end after the last update, but he just conversed with me and didn't lose his patience. I would most definitely use this service again! 5 stars all around!

He diagnosed my cars issue in a timely manner and even took the time to explain the issue to me to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong. Eladio is amazing! He truly goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right for your car. I used his services to fix a broken axel on a Honda Accord. At the time that he came he gave me a full assessment before he started to let me know the current state of my car. I had to go to work, but he kept me updated throughout the service of my car. The best part outside of him being super efficient was that at the end he took the time to explain what had really happened with my car. Definitely would come to him again!
