Nice, courteous and professional disposition. Quickly figured out how to tackle what needed to be done. Took job seriously, doing overall assessment of vehicle and pointing out things that needed to be addressed. Gives the impression that he cares about your car, instead of treating it just like "another car sitting around in the shop." Whereas many mechanics may be good at Doing Things, they may not be so good in Communicating What they're doing. Eladio appears to be able to do both effectively. Worked efficiently, finishing the job sooner than I'd expected. After break to bathroom, returned to wrap-up the service call quicker than I could finish eating my meal.
