I had a pre purchase car inspection out of state done for me. The report done is detailed and he responded to my inquiries promptly. The vehicle needed almost a thousand dollars of engine work but other parts of the vehicle in very good to excellent shape. It's what is under the hood that counts.

Andrew arrived promptly and once he was clear on the symptoms he went right to work in a methodical and systematic manner. He had the tools needed and performed some research with some software he had access to and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. He kept me abreast of his progress the entire time and was very safety conscious and protective of the cleanliness and condition of my property. I will definitely call Your Mechanic first for future vehicle repairs.

Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
