Nicholas, was on time and in fact here a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. I could tell he was extremely competent, had all the right tools, knowhow and get the area he was working clean and picked everything up after he finished. Nicholas was personable and explained what he was going to be doing and had questions about the issues I experienced that prompted the service appointment. We test drove the car together and he provided pointers on how to best break in the brake components. everything was handled without fuss, on-time and I will most certainly recommend Nicholas.

Eric arrived on time and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and providing a very reasonable price for the part and installation for my 2006 Volvo. I appreciate the 50 point safety inspection that helped shed light on a few things I needed to get done. Very nice, respectful person and a thorough, outstanding mechanic! I will definitely use this service again - great pricing and all done while I enjoy being home and not sitting for hours in a waiting room!!
