Damian replaced a harmonic balancer (aka damper) on my 1999 Dodge Durango. Initially, he struggled a little getting a hard to get to bolt off to remove the engine fan first to make space to get to the crankshaft pulley. He went out of his way to eventually make it work and replace the part. Although offered to perform the repair inside a garage outside at temperatures between 35-40. Tough guy.

Marcus is a young and energetic, customer friendly mechanic, who figured out the issue within a minute (which the earlier mechanic Maurice who claimed 30 years of experience couldn’t during the last visit) that the siren like noise was because of the rear windshield wiper fluid pump was on all the time and provided a temporary fix (which was fine as I was not using the rear windshield wiper fluid) by disconnecting that pump, which stopped that siren like noise. He was also very friendly and allowed me to be around. He also provided a 50 point inspection of my van. Great mechanic, great work. As a customer I am very much satisfied.

Windows

AMOUNT PAID

by Andre from Bowie, MD 20721

Robert visited us to do work on the windows of my Mom's Dodge. Upon arrival there was confusion about our request. He assured us that he'd resolve the problem and have both windows repaired. He left to get additional parts and shortly thereafter returned to complete the job. He was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. For customers, its always a gamble when placing your vehicle in the hands of a new mechanic. But, with Robert, we were the winners. He is great at what he does. He is very efficient and he takes the time to explain how he resolved the problem. We are very pleased with the job he did and we'd recommend him to anyone.

Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
