We had a fantastic experience with Gerron. He was punctual, clean, professional, and friendly -- he wasn't even fazed by having our 5yr old hanging out to watch. Peeking in his van, everything was clean, and well organized. He listened to what we said, and was patient in answering our questions. Every step of the way, he gave us the information we needed to make decisions on how to proceed with the repairs -- our best case/worst case scenarios, and what our options were in either case. His explanations about what was wrong were in plain language, easy for non-mechanics to understand, without being condescending. When it turned out that we were facing the worst case scenario (needing a new motor), he gave us the option of completing the repair (i.e. putting all the parts back on the car) or stopping early so that we didn't incur any further parts or labour expenses. We opted to stop early, and he left us all the parts lined up in an orderly fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to have Gerron be our go-to mechanic.
