Andrew arrived on time and listened to the issue going on with my truck. He immediately went about confirming my suspicions of the battery cables being corroded or damaged by checking the voltage at the battery and then at the starter. He thoroughly cleaned the terminal ends which prompted the engine to engage, but not quite start. He then suggested I pressurize the fuel pump and showed me what to do, which then allowed the vehicle to start right away. He then performed a further check of the engine fluids and made recommendations of what to address next. He was very easy going, polite, professional and competent in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Andrew took the time to do his best explaining everything. And worked hard to at least what's wrong with my truck when he realized the problem was not what he came to replace.

As strange as it may sound, the oil filter that was used during one of your oil changes may be the root cause. GMC Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 10-06-01-003C has detailed technical information showing that some non ACDelco oil filters...
