Richard was great. He was very communicative on his arrival time (since we did schedule the appointment in the middle of rush hour traffic!) and was very informative. I don't know much about cars but he talked me through each step he took and let me know everything that needed to be evaluated before he just switched out the battery. I love that they give me advice on what else I need fixed without pressuring me to spend the money right then and there. I would definitely use Richard and YourMechanic again!

I can't say enough positive things about Richard. He was super friendly, took the time to explain everything he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable. It turns out that the auto shop that I took my Jeep to previously lied about 2/3 the things I needed done. 1) They told me I needed a new drive belt ($200)- Rich took it off to double check but right away he said he knew it was 100% fine, with no cracks. 2) The auto shop said I needed my transmission fluid flushed ($290)- Rich said that depending on the color of the fluid he can tell if it is a good idea to flush or not. In my case, he recommended against it but let me know about a additive that could help. 3) I needed a new blower motor resistor ($289). I did need the blower motor resistor but Rich was able to change the part very quickly. My original quote from Your Mechanic was $305 and ended up being only $162.83....basically they saved me over $600 AND they come to you! Finding a trustworthy mechanic is not easy...I feel like I just hit the jackpot! The entire experience was amazing. I am SO, SO, SO happy I gave Your Mechanic a shot and would highly recommend Richard!
