Marcuss did a great job replacing the brakes which were still under warranty. He explained the likely cause, but also mentioned a few things I should watch out for.

Mr Johnson review the problems I was having with doors of my car and told me the problem was different than what I was told during my initial appointment. I was saved $500.00 and the repair was completed in 20 minutes vice the four hours I was told at first.

This is the third time Mr Johnson has come over to fix my car. He always takes the time to make sure everything is working correctly before completing the work order.

He is very knowledgeable and he recommends but doesn’t push. I feel he is honest and not trying to up sell or tell me I need something when I don’t. I will be requesting Glen again for future service.

Richard was a wonderful guy to work with. He showed up on time, and finished about an hour ahead of the three hours scheduled for the repair. He also encouraged me to watch him because he enjoys teaching the consumer what exactly is going on. I really appreciated that being somewhat of a novice when it comes to car repairs.

Tyrone is very experienced mechanic providing excellent service. Although it was Sunday and I didn't mind to wait as needed Tyrone arrived on time and started to work on my two cars. He serviced them promptly, explained everything, recommended to change one part in the near future, and addressed all my concerns. I guess, I am done with dealerships now. Tyrone is my mechanic!

Tyrone was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with a sensor light that had come on when driving a long distance which mysteriously stopped coming on when I got back. Due to a parts issue (he didn't have the brakes despite that was the service I scheduled), so he had to come back the following day. This allowed him to do some research on the sensor light which I appreciated.

Dereje was very helpful and the repair didn't take as long as anticipated. I would totally use this service again and recommend it! The only reason I am not giving this five stars is because I had some difficulty rescheduling my appointment due to the part not coming in on time.
