I have booked Joe several times at this point and I feel he is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining needed repairs to me. He communicates well and has a pleasant manner and disposition. I have never felt that he would suggest a service that was not needed, which has not always been the case when I used to take my car to a dealership for service.

Joe went out of his way to work with my schedule and he is a very knowledgeable and honest mechanic. He arrived early and immediately went to work. He was able to answer any questions I had about the appropriate maintenance for my car and was able to advise me on the best type of oil for my 2003 Altima. I will be scheduling an additional service soon to replace my front brakes. I'm very pleased with Joe and will ask for him again without hesitation.

Martin was very courteous and friendly. He seemed very honest and knowledgeable as well. The request for quotes that he put in to management came back outrageously high...as a matter of fact the oil pan seal replacement quote was over 3 times higher than 2 other quotes. My advise is to get several quotes and shop around for service. These guys may be convenient but you'll pay 2 to 3 times what the actual service would normally go for.

This was my first experience with Your Mechanic, and Martin is a wonderful representative for your organization. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and took care of the break light that was not working. He also performed a careful inspection of my vehicle, replacing fluids and even inflated my spare tire. I usually take my car to my dealership, but this service is a wonderful alternative and convenience. I would contact you again in the future for service, and I would request Martin, who was professional, well-mannered, and did a great job.
