I’m not sure what happened. I got my spark plugs changed. My Passat isn’t missing anymore but it takes 5 or more for it to crank now. That was not happening at all before getting my spark plugs replaced. Overall Jason was awesome when it came to fixing my spark plugs but I definitely was not expecting to have an issue with my car start right after this.

On time. Very friendly. Honest. He was able to find the problem for the car instead of just replacing a part I thought was needed. Which in, fact would not have helped the car anyway.
