Excellent mechanic!! Get's an A+ from us. Quality work, very personable. Would not hesitate to use him again!! (Forgot to put a rating in right after the work was done, so I am doing it now. The repair was done a while ago.... still running great with no problems. Fixed the problem and after all this time is still running well!!)

Answers to common Plymouth VIP questions

Q: Can you help me with this high pitch squeal before I find a cliff?
Answered by Kevin
Remove the serpentine belt (as well as other belts - but ONE at a time so you can isolate the component) and turn the engine on (do NOT run engine long, just enough to do test). By removing the belt,...
Q: Rattling on startup
Answered by Jay
Thanks for writing in about your 2000 Voyager Plymouth. You may have problems with your exhaust catalyst rattling inside the exhaust. When the substrate starts to break up inside, they will rattle inside the housings. As the exhaust heats up,...
Q: no high beams
Answered by Jay
You should first have the charging system checked to make sure it is not overcharging since these alternators are known to have this problem. If an overvoltage condition is present it could have blown the high beam circuit inside bulb....
Q: My car at 70 mph reads 3000 rpms. Is that normal because it is burning gas too fast? 2002 Plymouth Neon
Answered by David

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Patrick was very professional and polite. He inspected my car and found that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He is very friendly and I would DEFINATELY recommend Patrick to all my family, friends and co-workers.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found YourMechanic and Raul. I'm from out of town and didn't know who to contact to fix a truck I was borrowing. I searched the web and found YourMechanic.....thank goodness. I found Raul to be professional, an outstanding mechanic and the price was more than fair.

Kevin showed up ready to do his job and did just that. He showed me a couple important things on my vehicle I had overlooked and was nothing less than incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I would, without hesitation recommend him to anyone I know and would gladly use him again.
