I felt so happy Eliud took care of my van. He did an excellent job telling me what the problem was and even went the extra mile to help make sure it was done in one day. I'm so happy with the services Eliud gave. He is a great mechanic and very knowledgeable and doesn't mind explaining things. I felt so happy.

Eliud showed up a little early which I was perfectly fine with. He asked me a couple questions he was very nice and very professional. He changed my battery and camshaft position senor faster than i expected him to do he then checked everything for me and told me what he recommended I do next and filled my tires with air. It was the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic and I highly recommend him.

Eliud was so great. He talked me through everything, explained all option without ever pressuring me to do anything. He worked to be sure I didn't have to spend money unnecessarily and was really patient and helpful. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or that he was doing anything other than trying to honestly help me. I will DEFINITELY be calling on him again. Way better than going to the dealership. EXCELLENT customer service.

I stepped out and put the key in the ignition while he was still in his black vehicle. He got out started taking pictures and said oh I’ll get it.. I said it’s ok it won’t stay so you can’t get the mileage he gave a side not and shoulder shrug in agreement.. But as he took my license plate picture he rolled his eyes and was shaking his head- I was looking in the rear view mirror. He would’ve gotten 5 stars but he was clearly annoyed that I sat in my car and watched him to make sure he only touched the battery. This shouldn’t bother you all especially from a female since we know how unfairly mechanics treat women. On a positive note, he was very fast literally only took 6 minutes, but I’m contributing that to that fact that he was ready to leave from being watched. I would use this service again if I had absolutely no choice like I did today.
