Michael arrived early and performed services in a timely and efficient manner. When a part was need for a quick repair he sourced it locally and quickly. He gave me advice on what other work needs to be done and when. Despite his great service my check engine light is still on and hope to return to him to resolve it

I've dealt with many mechanics since becoming a car owner 36 years ago, but I have never experienced the complete mechanic (professional, straight-forward, convenient, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond), courteous, and friendly) until Ruben! I will be, and have already, recommended Ruben to my friends and family! Thank you, Ruben, for a job well done! My Genesis thanks you, too!

Answers to common Dodge 400 questions

Q: Leaking transmission fluid
Answered by Jeff
You are on the right track by checking the fluid and staying on top of keeping it filled while it leaks. Unfortunately, a transmission sealer/stopper will likely not fix this due to the friction involved with a bearing a gasket...
Q: Car won't turn over
Answered by Tim
Hi there. If you are able to engage the starter with direct electrical current, but not when you engage your ignition, then the problem is either the ignition relay, starter relay or one of the electrical wires connecting the two....
Q: My dodge has a loose part that appears to be a thick circular metal component of the crankshaft pulley assembly.
Answered by Marvin
Quote requested by customer to have the harmonic balancer replaced has been sent to the CS department.
Q: Flickering dashboard lights, total light outage that comes right back on. Burning smell in car.
Answered by Ronny
You may want to find a local repair shop that specializes in electrical issues. While I can't say if you actually had a fuel pump issue, I doubt the fuel pump is related to the lighting issue and burning smell....

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Patrick was very professional and polite. He inspected my car and found that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He is very friendly and I would DEFINATELY recommend Patrick to all my family, friends and co-workers.

Ben was great. He arrived early, completed the work quickly & cleanly, and was quite amiable. I didn't have to leave my home and got the maintenance completely with ease - 5 stars.

Tim was great; offered advice instead of just blindly fixing. Also Tim was super friendly and very genuine. Highly recommend!
