What does the Air Bag Warning light mean?

A: The Air Bag Warning light is located on the...

The Air Bag Warning light is located on the instrument panel, and illuminates when there is an issue with the air bag system. When the Air Bag Warning light comes on, there is either a problem with one of the six air bags, or with the seat belt tensioner. Tip Like all warning lights, the Air Bag Warning light briefly illuminates when the car is turned on. The light is only a problem if it stays lit when the engine is turned on.
