Q: Vehicle overheating and major oil leak

asked by on July 10, 2017

My 4runner suddenly overheated and when I pulled over, coolant was leaking pretty badly from somewhere towards the back of the motor. I waited a couple hours and started it up, still overheats on idle and at speed. Coolant levels are normal. Any ideas?

My car has 287000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
