The car seams to jump forward when transmitting from gear 1 to 2, and after I park, switch of the ignition and restart the engine to drive. I do not notice that kind of push any more. On your question, The first thing that I would do is check for any fault codes in the unit with a scan tool. This will help aid in narrowing down an issue that exist. The control modules will self learn traits of a component like a transmission for example. If you have a transmission start to slip or loose line pressure, it can seem like it is corrected with a key cycle. Once a scan tool is connected, I would monitor the trans solenoids test and see if they are all operational. Make sure you hear them click when activated.
