Sorry that is automated not a problem wont be a moment.
the first thing that needs to be checked is the transmission fluid this would be best done by a garage so they can check the quality and quantity. part of how an automatic changes gears involves keeping the transmission under pressure. if the fluid is low it is not under the pressure it needs to be and things stop working right and can become damaged.
