Q: the manual top of my convertible BMW 318i won't come down.
The top is in the up position. I can detach it from the windshield easily. When I pull the handle on the rear drivers side panel, the cover doesn't come up so I can't lower the top. I have jiggled it and banged on it. Once it opened but that's it.
