Q: The coolant is leaking from the thermostat

I replaced my old thermostat, when I put everything back. I just put the gasket and tight the bolds up, but after a while i noticed that the coolant were leaking from there, so what can i do to make it stop?

My car has 150000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
