Q: rotors brake barley done a squally sound starts when I drive but when I brake it stops what could be wrong?

The front rotors and brakes have been changed when I drive the passenger side starts to squeal but not super loud when I brake it stops. What could be wrong?

My car has 147000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

You should have the brakes rechecked to see if the brake sensor or the silencers are out of place and need to be adjusted.
