Q: Remote not opening door

asked by on February 20, 2016

I can't open my door and my keys are inside. I have the remote, but it is not working.

Hi. It is possible to open the doors without keys using special tools. Our certified technicians would be able to open the door and help you retrieve your keys. Key fobs tend to use watch batteries which eventually run out of power. Replacing the fob’s battery should enable the use of the remote.
