It sounds like they are getting power but not staying on, i'd focus on the fan motors, it's going to overheat without the fans working.

In my opinion it still sounds like the fan as the ac condenser sits in front of the radiator the lack of that fan turning would effect both

But with the ac condenser stop the radiator fan from work when the car is hot

The condenser doesn't run, it just sits in front of radiator relying on the same airflow from the fan.a

In that case i would look at the relays and if its not that the pcm is likely the cause, testing one out is hard to do with the older OBD1 tools being harder to find anyone that still has them.

The computer brain of the car, typically when 2 things fail at the same time that are on there own relays then i'd look at the PCM

The hardest part is finding someone with OBD1 equipment as a PCM in a quick search looks to be fairly cheap, just needs to be diagnosed.
