Car is stalling Inspection $94.99 - $114.99 Get a Quote

Starting and stalling can be caused by a number of reasons. If the vehicle is equipped with a factory anti-theft system, there could be issues with that system. Mechanical issues such as a vacuum leak can also cause stalling. If the air intake tube is cracked/broken, or a vacuum line is broken or loose, the engine can draw in too much air, which can also cause stalling. Low fuel pressure from a failing fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator can cause stalling as well. Electronic issues can also cause stalling. If any of the more than a dozen sensors have failed or sending inconsistent signals to the engine control unit, stalling, rough running, and poor performance can occur. Have a certified technician look into the stalling problem to find the exact cause.
