This code is for the swirl control valve inside the intake manifold. This may be as simple as having the ECM reprogrammed by the dealer. If you contact them with the VIN they may be able to tell you if it's been done or not.

Well, first see about the ecm, then you'll have to go from there. Testing the position sensor and then if the sensor is good you'll need to replace the intake manifold. But I try to start with the simple stuff first.
