Good morning

The button to turn on the unit

So when you twist the fan knob nothing happens or when you depress the fan knob the A/C light does not come on? - Are you getting air out of the dash? - Does the unit on the dash light up at all?

No nothing happens. That whole area does not even light up. Everything else lights up though.
Automotive Expert
Okay, let me verify the wiring and I'll be back with you.

Ok

Can you confirm if you have manual or automatic AC? Does it have 4 buttons across the top row or does it have an analog screen? See attached pictures and confirm which one you have.

Its like the 2nd picture..analog screen
Automotive Expert
Perfect. I'm pulling the wiring diagram now.

Alright
Automotive Expert
Okay, there are a few things that we can do. Do you have any electrical equipment or a scan tool?
Automotive Expert
Also, to confirm is the screen completely blank, correct?

CorrectNo i dont have any of those tools

The most likely issue is the unit in the dash itself, but there are some simple things that we can check first. Check fuses #14, 25 and 30 in the interior fuse box. . If all the fuses are good we need to pull the unit out of the dash and test for power and ground on the wiring harness going to the AC control unit in the dash. You have to remove the radio to get the AC unit out of the dash. Check for the following: . 1. 12v on light blue wire 2. 12v on green wire with engine started 3. 12v on pink wire with engine started 4. Ground on both black wires . Completing this testing requires a multi-meter. If you don't have one you can purchase one for under $20 at Walmart or any auto parts store. If you are not familiar with how to use a multi-meter then follow the link below to watch a video about multi-meter basics: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2LgvmWNVwc](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2LgvmWNVwc) . If the power/ground tests out good you'll need to connect a scan tool to see if you have any failure codes in the system to diagnose the issue. This will require equipment we don't have and will most likely require a trip to a shop or dealer. . I’m glad that I was able to answer your question today. My goal is to ensure you receive a 5 STAR experience. Once you’re satisfied with my answer please take the time to rate me 5 stars at the top of your computer screen or by following the link on your phone.
