Q: My cell only comes on when the fuel pump is on for low fuel, but I read two obd codes, p031and p0157
Can't pass emissions. Reading codes p031 and p0157. But my cell is not o (unless fuel level is low). Emissions station commands the cell on, but it does not come on. I have replaced O2 sensor 2 on bank two( was reading code p158 before).. truck seems to be running fine. Maybe fuel consumption is excessive
