Q: My car has a fuel smell inside after putting gas in it

Car smells like fuel when I put fuel in it had someone drop the tank and change a line smell got a little better but not totally fixed now the car is not accelerating when I press the gas restarted car worked for a few miles then hard to accelerate again

My car has 190000 miles.
