Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the connectors on the sensor itself? It's important that they not be loose or corroded.
Yes I did everything looks good

- If you turn off the climate control, does this concern still occur?
- Do you have a scan tool to see the coolant temp reading the PCM is getting?

The normal operating temp is between 180-210 degrees. We need to see what temp the fan comes on at and what temp the engine is running at while the fan is staying on.

That is correct. From that point did the coolant temp stay right there or did it go up and down, if so to what level?

Although the fan is working as designed and the car is not overheating. There is not a need for immediate repair since it is working within temp specs. If you would like to see the coolant temps lowering and the fan turning on/off. You can try a few things.
Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, remove the heater core hoses, remove the thermostat.
Flush the engine, radiator, heater core forward and backward to remove any gunk built up in the system using a garden hose. Then install a new thermostat and new coolant. Run the engine with the heat on and coolant cap off for about 15 minutes to bleed out all air pockets.
Thank you for seeking us for help, I hope I provided what was needed. Press reply if you need to follow up. If you liked my answer please let me know so I can mark your question complete. Moose

At 210 you should be registering in the middle not in the red. This may be a cluster issue. Can you perform these tests? [https://www.dropbox.com/s/acu1mw3pwi9ekjv/cougartherrmostattest.pdf?dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/s/acu1mw3pwi9ekjv/cougartherrmostattest.pdf?dl=0)

Hello - either the relay is stuck in the "On" position from burned contacts (,https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-blower-motor-relay) or the heater switch is similarly stuck in the "on" position (internal contacts at least).
