Either the switch is trying to move the motor in the mirror or the mirror is stripped out. You would need to see if the mirror is being sent a signal to keep moving, if so, replace the switch. If not. Then it has failed internally and you would need to change the mirror motors or the completer mirror assembly.

My passenger window wouldnt work at the same time but after pushing the buttons a few times its now working but the noise on mirror would not cease at all

That would be the same type of diagnosis but a different issue from your mirror. More than likely the mirror motor is the failure.

Who do I take it into to fix the problem? I dont need to call..text is fine

Any local repair shop should be able to handle both repairs. I do not know who exactly is in your area. You would need to research that on your end.
