Q: Loss of antifreeze at air intake

asked by on

I am losing antifreeze at the air intake.

A common failure in your engine is the intake manifold and intake plenum gaskets. When this happens coolant will leak under where the throttle body is located. I would recommend having a certified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, inspect your coolant leak and replace your intake manifold gasket if needed.
