Q: Charging system failure.

While I drive I have a bad dimming problem with my lights and battery meter jump back and forth liked crazy! so I replace the battery and it a lot better now but the light dim just a tad little now and battery move just a lil back and forth not bad liked the old battery but they said my old battery was fully charge but no good cuz It was somewhat burnout or low voltage but the new battery was good but I'm have a lil dimming light problem still. What do u think it might be?
