Good Afternoon, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Lexus, i know how frustrating it can be to deal with ABS related codes. This C1391 code is a common on and it indicates an issue with an accumulator leak, usually internal leaks within that ABS control unit. we can inspect for any external leak or issues with low brake fluid but most commonly this code means that its required for the ABS actuator and control unit be replaced im afraid.
