Q: Leaking gas

After filling up my tank on my 2012 Dodge Charger the next morning I noticed a puddle under my car drive side back! I touched the the liquid to see if it was oil or water and it smelled like gas I took my car home! 4 hours later I had to go to work after my 8 hour shift I did not see anything leaking or anything on the floor car runs fine but the engine light has come on now when I took it to a shop they said maybe could be the fuel neck and this isn’t the issue per my dealer where I just bought the car from he said due to him changing the fuel pump it will come on he cleared it then said if it comes on again to bring it back and he will check it out I kind of want an idea of what this could be before he just try’s to clear the light again and I’m stuck with a broke car after this 30 day warranty is over please help
