Q: Ignition key stuck

The ignition key is stuck in the On position.

It sounds like you are going to need to replace the ignition lock cylinder. I would have a technician come out and inspect the lock and see if they can get it to turn off and replace the key lock cylinder if needed. They will have to remove the steering wheel and bidirectional switch in order to get to it.
