Q: I'm having problems with the serpentine belt, is it caused by my power steering hose?

Serpentine belt fell off they say it was bcuz the power steering pump fixed the pump and got new pulley and belt. Serpentine belt fell off again they say its rack and pinion fixed rack and pinion. Now its still leaking and belt fell off? Would it be the hose? How much is labor they say $200 just for power steering hose?¿?
My car has an automatic transmission.
