1- i wanna know what is an oscilloscope, what's it can do for helping mechanic to repair a car? say me all you know about it.

2- i wanna know how to convert measurement anglo-saxon to metric, by example a 5/8 wrench is how in metric. share me please how you do for finding the solution.
