How do you use the glove box?

The glove box is an ideal place to store things like your owner’s manual, insurance papers and other important documents or small items. It’s also easy to use. Here’s how:

  1. Make sure the glove box is unlocked.

  2. Pull the handle.

  3. Let the glove box fall open.

  4. Push it closed when you’re done. Listen for it to latch in place.

Tips

  • The glove box can be locked for better security. Only the master keys will open it.

  • Never drive with an open glove box. It can injure the front passenger in an accident.
