The manual recline dump feature exists so that you can easily store items behind the front seats. To use the feature, pull on the recline handle, which is on the side of the seat. When you pull the recline handle all the way, you can push the back of the seat completely forward, as though it is bent over. This allows easy access to the area behind the seat.
