please turn your unknown caller off, the call says san francisco because it is routed thru the company. the call is going strait to voice mail. I will call again shortly.
tried calling directly from my phone still is going straight to voice mail.
I would call the seller, get their procedure for a warranty on the transmission, from your symptoms it sounds like something broke inside the transmission.
If you had a differential problem it would not stop it going forward and working in reverse.
please let me know when you can receive the call
