Troubleshoot loud noise

My car has 1290832 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.Changed water pump now its the ac pulley seems frozen and not turning

If the a/c compressor pulley does not turn and is seized you will need to see if the inside compressor clutch shaft is seized or the compressor pulley bearing is seized. Sometimes the pulley bearing seizes and ruins the front of the compressor. Depending if the compressor or pulley bearing is seized you will need to replace the compressor.
