The service advance track is an indicator there is a trouble code setting in the powertrain control module.
Have you scanned the truck for codes?

That's where we need to start here. This could be a bad [starter](/topics-starter-ford/). There is usually a code associated with that failure.
Furthermore, you can test the starter solenoid positive wire using a test lamp or meter to confirm the starter is bad.
