The BCM body control module provides power to your low beams. Not through fuses nor relays. A scan tool is needed to see if the BCM is being told you want the low beams on from the steering column switch. If so then the BCM has failed.

I am receiving power for the \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*ghts, but not the low beam. High beams still work. Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs? Bulbs are brand new.
